Most of the personal information we collect and process is provided to us directly by you following an enquiry related to our services, through signing up to the newsletter or in the course of providing our services to you. This includes your name, address, email address, telephone number, your enquiries, and correspondence with you and our suppliers concerning our services. We sometimes receive personal information indirectly, such as through referrals from third parties including other designers and landscapers. We use this information for the purposes of liaising with you concerning our services, including scope of work and costs estimates, and providing you with those services. Occasionally we may share your information with third parties where necessary for the purposes of providing our services to you, for example, suppliers such as landscapers. We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in marketing and providing our services, as well as our contractual relationship with you. Any special category personal data would be provided by you with your consent.

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

• Information about your browser, network and device

• Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

• Web pages you view while on this website

• Your IP address 

This information may also include details about your use of this website, including:

• Internal links

• Pages visited

• Scrolling

• Searches

• Timestamps 

Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyses the data in a de-personalised form. Outfront Designs will review data available through Squarespace to assess whether the website can be improved for users.  

4. Form submissions
When you contact us via the Contact form, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions.  

5. Newsletter subscriptions
If you sign up to Outfront Designs’ newsletter, we store the information provided there in order to be able to continue emailing you. We use FloDesk to manage our emails, and should you wish to be unsubscribed at any point you can do so by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. 6. Where we store and process personal data
We store and process your personal data in a secure manner using up to date technology. 

7. How long we keep your personal data for
We keep your data as long as is necessary to deliver our landscape and garden design services to you and thereafter for up to 7 years once our services have been provided in accordance with our professional indemnity and public liability insurance policy. We will then erase your information from our digital systems. 
We will retain images and videos, as well as all design documentation produced by Outfront Designs, which forms part of our professional portfolio and remains our intellectual property. We will strive to remove personal data from this material, which will not be erased. 
Where we use an image or video for marketing or advertising purposes in print or online, we will seek your consent beforehand 

8. Your rights
You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing.

9. Changes to this privacy policy
