    Welcome to Outfront Designs. We’re a garden, planting and window box design studio, based in Walthamstow, London. This website presents our design work, and invites you to a) enquire about our services; b) sign up to our newsletter; c) find out the date for the next batch of seasonal window boxes.

  2. Terms of use
    These terms and conditions cover your use of our website. By visiting our site, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

  3. Acceptable Use
    You are welcome to browse the website to see examples of our work, and to get inspired. Users may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. It is not permitted to copy any content for commercial purposes without our express permission which can be sought by contacting us through the online form.

  4. Prohibited Use
    No hacking, spamming, unauthorized scraping, or uploading offensive content. 

  5. Intellectual Property
    All content (text, graphics, logo) belongs to Outfront Designs and is protected by copyright. Garden and portrait photos taken by Rachel Oates and not to be copied without permission. Window box photos taken by Lucy Pearce and Wyn Gilley and not to be reproduced without permission. Logo and web design by Studio Senna, owned by Outfront Designs. All garden, planting, and window box designs by, and owned by Outfront Designs. If you are unsure about the ownership of any aspect of the website, assume it is that of Outfront Designs and get in touch with any queries.

  6. Project Terms of Engagement
    Should you enter into a relationship with Outfront Designs whereby we provide design services, we will issue a separate Terms of Engagement governing the specifics of that piece of work.

  7. Liability Disclaimer
    The site is provided "as is," and Outfront Designs is not liable for technical downtime or inaccurate information.

    This website is owned by Lucy Pearce at Outfront Designs. Outfront Designs operates from 38 Kenilworth Avenue, London, E17 4PE. Outfront Designs is the operating name for Out Front Designs.

    These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
